(AP) ? The Senate is bracing for a tax-cut showdown that is all about Democrats and Republicans showing voters their differences over taxing the well-off while accusing each other of threatening to shove the government over a fiscal cliff.

Senators planned to vote Wednesday on a $250 billion Democratic bill that would extend expiring tax cuts next year for all but the highest earners. Democrats will need 60 votes to advance the proposal, which they do not have.

It seemed unlikely that senators also would vote on a rival GOP plan that includes the best-off Americans in the tax reductions, a measure that was destined to lose.

House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, was ready to push legislation through his chamber next week that closely mirrors the Senate GOP measure. Republicans there introduced their bill on Tuesday, accompanied by another measure designed to speed work next year on legislation overhauling the entire tax code.

The clash in the Senate underscored how little the partisan tax-cutting duel had to do with actually passing a law this year. If anything, it highlighted how entrenched both parties' views were.

"Democrats will simply never agree we should hand out more tax breaks to the richest 2 percent of Americans while this economy is in the situation it's in now," said Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada, sponsor of the Democratic bill.

"Our friends on the other side are practicing what could best be described as 'Thelma & Louise' economics," Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., said.

"Let's just march the whole country right off the cliff and see how that works out," McConnell said, referring to the movie's memorable climax.

If the two sides don't compromise, a massive $600 billion in tax increases and spending cuts for 2013 would be triggered automatically in January ? the so-called fiscal cliff, which analysts say would jar the already weak economy.

Mostly following President Barack Obama's proposal, the Democratic bill would continue Bush-era tax cuts for everyone except individuals making at least $200,000 yearly and couples earning more than $250,000.

Those taxpayers would face top rates of 36 percent and 39.6 percent, respectively, instead of today's 33 percent and 35 percent. That would mean higher taxes for 2.5 million households, or 2 percent of all 140.5 million tax returns, according to 2009 data from the Internal Revenue Service.

Democrats say levies on the wealthy should rise because all income groups should contribute to deficit reduction. Republicans say those tax increases would burden the owners of many companies, leaving them less money to create jobs.

The Democratic bill also would let the top estate tax rate grow to 55 percent next year, with only the first $1 million in an estate's value exempted. That's an uncomfortable move for Democratic senators from farming and high-cost states.

Republicans would renew today's milder 35 percent top rate, exempting the first $5.12 million. Congress' nonpartisan Joint Committee on Taxation says the lower Democratic threshold would affect the owners of 46,700 estates projected to die next year ? a tiny percentage of Americans, but far more than the 3,600 who would be exposed under the GOP's terms.

Democrats would impose top tax rates next year of 20 percent on dividends and capital gains, two sources of income enjoyed disproportionately by the wealthy. The GOP top rate would be 15 percent.

The GOP bill ignores some tax reductions for low- and middle-income families that Democrats want to extend.

These include the American opportunity tax credit, worth up to $2,500 to cover college expenses; language making the earned income tax credit more generous for large working families and some married working couples; and a boost in the tax refunds some families get under the child tax credit.

All were part of Obama's 2009 stimulus bill, which Democrats say were meant to be permanent but Republicans say were only a short-term response to the recession.

Combined, those Democratic provisions would provide tax breaks averaging $1,000 to 25 million families, according to Treasury Department figures distributed by the White House.

Republicans also proposed bigger tax write-offs than Democrats did for small businesses taking deductions for the costs of buying some equipment.

Batman star Christian Bale visits shooting victims

AURORA, Colo. (AP) ? Batman star Christian Bale visited survivors of the Colorado theater shooting Tuesday and stopped by a makeshift memorial to victims of the attack that killed 12 people and injured 58.

Carey Rottman, one of those injured in Friday's shooting at a theater showing "The Dark Knight Rises," posted two photos of himself with Bale on his Facebook page. Hospital staff also posted a Facebook photo of the actor with some staff members.

An online campaign had urged Bale to visit survivors of the shooting.

After visiting The Medical Center of Aurora, Bale stopped by a makeshift memorial to the victims near the movie theater. He walked among the 12 crosses erected for each of the slain victims, and many people there didn't realize who he was or chose to leave him alone.

A Warner Bros. spokeswoman told The Denver Post that Bale was representing himself, not the movie studio.

Bale, who stars as Batman in "The Dark Knight Rises," previously issued a written statement saying: "Words cannot express the horror that I feel. I cannot begin to truly understand the pain and grief of the victims and their loved ones, but my heart goes out to them."

President Barack Obama and members of the Denver Broncos also have made hospital visits to some of the survivors.

Well, Duh: Apple Said To Release Adapter For The New iPhone?s Tiny Dock Connector

Chris Velazco is a mobile enthusiast and writer who studied English and Marketing at Rutgers University. Once upon a time, he was the news intern for MobileCrunch, and in between posts, he worked in wireless sales at Best Buy. After graduating, he returned to the new TechCrunch to as a full-time mobile writer. He counts advertising, running, musical theater,... ? Learn More

Earlier today, a Reuters report added more fuel to a particularly nitpicky fire ? according to its typically unnamed sources, Apple?s new iPhone indeed sports a smaller, 19 pin dock connector instead of the 30 pin relic the company?s iDevices have clung to for years.

The news itself isn?t particularly shocking ? our own John Biggs reported on it last month ? but now a new report from iMore points to an even less surprising development. The Cupertino company is allegedly working on a dock connector adapter to keep those iDevice accessories from becoming completely obsolete, or so the story from iMore?s supply chain sources go.

Yeah, There?s literally no way that Apple would risk pissing off longtime iDevice owners by making their scores of old accessories useless in one fell swoop. Sadly, that?s all iMore was able to confirm. At this point, there?s still no word on whether or not such an adapter will find its way inside the new iPhone?s box, nor how much it will cost customers to purchase it separately.

While Apple hasn?t officially confirmed any of this (and don?t expect them to until September at the earliest), there?s more than enough smoke to signal a fire here. What?s more, the incessant clatter of the rumor mill points to plenty of big hardware additions ? a larger screen, an LTE radio, NFC, and more ? so it?s not much of a stretch to imagine Apple grappling with the prospect of squeezing everything into a slim new chassis.

Like it or not, this sort of move isn?t anything new for Apple. Most recently, the company launched the new MacBook Air and retina MacBook Pro with smaller MagSafe connectors because of their slimmer frames, but Apple has attempted to ease the pain by selling an adapter for $9.99.

Dealing with Heavy Menstrual Bleeding - Informational Health Blog

It?s not labor pains ? it?s menstrual pain.

Image: FreeDigitalPhotos.net

There are women who after years of having what?s considered ?normal? periods, start experiencing unmanageable, heavy bleeding periods. These types of periods are called Menorrhagia.

With Menorrhagia, women usually lose more than 8 teaspoons of blood. Large blood clots are passed frequently. It?s also common to feel the urge to change sanitary pads throughout the night.

A heavy period is at its worst when it causes anemia. This can lead to fatigue, shortness of breath, fainting, and possibly angina.

Keep in mind that periods vary from woman to woman in terms of duration, discomfort and the amount of blood loss.

There are a number of possibilities behind a woman experiencing heavy bleeding during a period. Those possibilities are as follows:

  • Hormonal Imbalance: During the course of the menstrual cycle, hormones rise and fall regularly. Sometimes around the time of perimenopause, these hormonal fluctuations get out of control, resulting in heavier periods. Hormonal imbalances related to thyroid disease can also cause this menstrual catastrophe.
  • Uterine fibroids: These are benign tumors that form in the uterus during a woman?s childbearing years. They frequently cause heavy bleeding, longer periods or both.
  • Polyps: Like uterine fibroids, polyps are benign; only they?re smaller in size.
  • Dysfunction of the ovaries: Ovaries that don?t ovulate properly can lead to Menorrhagia.
  • IUD (Intrauterine device): IUD is a form of birth control. While it solves the problem of getting pregnant, it creates another one: it causes heavy menstrual bleeding.
  • Certain medications: Anti-inflammatory drugs and anticoagulants may lead to a woman experiencing a heavy menstrual period.
  • Cancer: Uterine, cervical or ovarian cancer can sometimes be the reason for heavy bleeding.

Other medical conditions such as Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID), thyroid problems, Endometriosis, liver or kidney diseases can also cause heavy periods.

Sometimes the cause of heavy periods is unknown.

Unless there is a serious health, heavy periods can be resolved. It?s just important that you see your doctor for the correct solution.

The way to deal with a termite, Sydney style - IdeaMarketers.com

Termite Melbourne,Termite Sydney More Details about Termite Melbourne,Termite Sydney here.

Termites are relentless. They cause an estimated $100,000 of damage every year in Australian homes and carry on each year munching their way through $100,000 more. To rid yourself of these pests, or to avoid them in the first place, you need to deal with it a termite Sydney style, or Melbourne style -- it is the same.

Dealing with a termite Sydney style is a regular process of observation. You need to know what a termite is and how it differs from an ant. Though termite Melbourne and Sydney look like an ant, they are actually a distant relative of the cockroach. They do have the look of an ant about them, but they are thicker around the waist. The most telling sign you have termites is the damage they do. Termites eat through wood. And they don't stop. They carry on through carpet, plastic and even the silicone seals from your windows are used the make themselves an elegant new home with draft free windows. Ok, so they use it in the fabric of their hills, but it will make quite and indestructible one. A colony of termites was even responsible for eating they're way through $220,000 of bank notes to make a new home. You can't blame termite Melbourne for wanting a designer home, but I'm sure the owner of the money wasn't planning to spend it on that.

Signs that termite Sydney and Melbourne have moved into your home are in the garden. By nature they are builders and builders need building material. In a termite's case, it's wood -- any wood. And it all starts with a log left outside your home for a cozy winter fire. They build themselves a tunnel on top of the wood they eat, to maintain the temperature and humidity. They can extend this convenient tunnel anywhere and even into homes. Termite Melbourne is a master builder and can build the tunnel into your home and start eating the fabric of it before you realize he is there. If you don't see the tunnel, you may not notice him until he's eaten your conservatory.

Signs you have termite damage in your house are a slight discoloring of the wall and warping of the wood. If you find this type of damage do not disturb the nest or spray any pesticides. The best thing to do is call in a professional and let them deal with your problem. The only way to rid a home of termites is to spray toxins that poison them and you need to choose ones that are safe for your home and family, but fatal the termites. Only a professional can guide you through the safe way to dispose of the problem, remove the termites and recommend what you do to prevent them from returning. DIY products do not offer that type of advice -- for a start, they can't fit it on the side if the can.

Do not underestimate the damage termites can do to your home, and the cost of making good the repairs to your house. Call in a professional to rid you of Termite Sydney and Melbourne.

Saudi Prince Bandar: a flamboyant, hawkish spy chief

LONDON (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia's "peasant prince" with the twinkling eye, hawkish views and fondness for the Dallas Cowboys football team is back, now heading the kingdom's intelligence agency.

On Thursday night Prince Bandar bin Sultan was appointed Saudi Arabia's new spy chief at a moment when the world's top oil exporter is engaged in a bitter rivalry with Shi'ite Muslim power Iran played out in Syria, Iraq, Lebanon and Bahrain.

The sociable Bandar, 63, who vanished from public view when he was recalled from Washington by King Abdullah in 2005 after notching up 22 years as the kingdom's ambassador there, will immediately be thrust into a game-changing Middle East crisis.

"He's just the right person for the right time in Saudi. They have a more hawkish foreign policy and he's the leading hawk of the House of Saud," said David Ottaway, Bandar's biographer and a senior scholar at the Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington.

The United States' closest Arab ally is a firm supporter of the Syrian rebels now battling in Damascus to oust President Bashar al-Assad and is mending fences with Washington after a disagreement over last year's Arab uprisings.

"Bandar is quite aggressive, not at all like a typical cautious Saudi diplomat. If the aim is to bring Bashar down quick and fast, he will have a free hand to do what he thinks necessary. He likes to receive an order and implement it as he sees fit," said Jamal Khashoggi, an influential Saudi commentator.

Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saud al-Faisal has described arming the rebels as "a very good idea". Saudi Arabia and Qatar are believed to be funding and sending weapons to the Syrian insurgents, Arab officials say.

As Syria's crisis enters a potentially decisive stage in the aftermath of Thursday's assassination of top security chiefs in a bomb blast, Riyadh's princely rulers are concerned about blowback from Assad's allies in Iran.

With Syria in flames, Iraq still weak and Egypt navigating an uncertain transition towards democracy, Saudi Arabia now stands alone as the Arab world's most stable major nation.

Ottaway said Bandar had previously negotiated with both Syria and Iran, as well as with Russia, a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council that has vetoed resolutions against the Assad government written by Riyadh.

"He wants to see Saudi Arabia flex its muscles, particularly if the Americans are there with him," he added.

TURBULENT TIME

Bandar's close ties to American politicians and officials, including a personal friendship with both presidents Bush, has also fuelled speculation that his appointment is aimed at bolstering Saudi Arabia's key alliance at a turbulent time.

"Bandar is the ultimate shuttle diplomat. I think he is in a position to play a role perhaps beyond his portfolio in gathering coalitions and persuading reluctant partners and solidifying those who are of a like mind," said Robert Jordan, U.S. ambassador to Riyadh from 2001-03.

Bandar's plump form and goatee-beard were a common sight in the White House of successive administrations, both at the alliance's apotheosis during the 1990-91 Gulf War, and its nadir following al Qaeda's September 11, 2001 attack on the United States, in which 15 of the 19 aircraft hijackers were Saudi citizens.

Yet despite his ostensibly high birth as a son of Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, a ruling family powerbroker and defense minister for five decades, Prince Bandar's rise to prominence was never assured.

Unlike his many half brothers, Bandar's mother was a lowly commoner and he reportedly grew up outside his father's palace in a humble Riyadh neighborhood. It was due to this paradoxical history that he declared himself "the peasant prince".

Instead of working royal connections to secure the plum post of Washington ambassador, he joined the air force, eventually heading its aerial acrobatics team, and fell in love with the United States during a training mission.

"He grew up feeling he had to prove himself. Probably the reason he became a pilot was because it didn't matter if you were a prince or a peasant to how good a pilot you were," said Ottaway.

In repeated visits he built a close rapport with American officials, catching the eye of his uncle, King Fahd, who appointed the bon vivant ambassador in 1983.

"Flamboyant, dramatic, personable, smart, canny and probably manipulative," was the judgment of General Brent Scowcroft, National Security Adviser to the first President George Bush.

At times this flamboyance caused difficulties - he was sometimes seen to make policy on the hoof independent of Riyadh, causing friction with other officials.

"But he's a practical man. I'm sure for a position such as this he will not carry out a policy shift without checking with the king first," said Khashoggi.

That independent streak also helped stirred rumors after he was recalled to Riyadh by King Abdullah in 2005 that he was out of favor. In fact, said Ottaway, Bandar's effective disappearance from public life was simply a question of health. "He was in hospitals and spa treatments a lot," he said.

T&T Xtreme Health and Fitness opens in downtown Sylvania ...

Brenda Thomas, Corey Wright and Rickey Thomas display the exercise equipment available for clients.

Certified personal trainers Rickey and Brenda Thomas recently made the decision to open their own training facility. ?We started looking in the Sylvania area because we live here and many of our clients are from the area. When we found this location, we knew it would be perfect for us,? Mrs. Thomas said. They leased the former Sylvania Area Chamber of Commerce space, Suite 9 in the Thormont Building at 6616 Monroe St.

?This is just ideal,? Mrs. Thomas reflected. ?This was just the right size and it was move-in ready. We didn?t even have to paint the walls,? Mr. Thomas pointed out. ?And the space is just right to accommodate the equipment we use,? he said. That equipment includes a treadmill, a dumb bell weight lifting section, free weights, exercise balls, bands and an Inspire workout machine that offers almost a complete workout in itself, according to Mr. Thomas.

?Our clients enjoy the privacy of this location,? Mrs. Thomas noted. ?And, it is convenient for out clients with the municipal parking lot behind the building,? she said. Mrs. Thomas said she also takes advantage of several nearby outdoor venues such as the Northview hill, weather permitting, for clients? workouts.

?Not only are we affordable, we are also accommodating. We play the kind of music our clients request and we schedule appointments to meet their time commitments. We also work around physical issues. We tailor training sessions to meet the needs of each individual,? Mrs. Thomas said.

The T&T Xtreme Health and Fitness client list includes children as young as 9 through mature adults. ?Our oldest client is 92,? Mr. Thomas said. ?We have people from all walks of life including teens, housewives, physicians, attorneys, teachers, and more. We even have state of Ohio wrestling champion,? Mr. Thomas related.

In addition to personal training, boot camps and classes along with kickboxing are offered. A Friday Fun Fit Kids program includes one hour of warm-ups, a walk or some other outdoor exercise, weather permitting, games, circuit training, obstacles and various kid-friendly exercises.

Mr. and Mrs. Thomas have over 42 years of combined experience in health and fitness. Mrs. Thomas grew up participating in martial arts and working out. She became a certified personal trainer five years ago.

Mr. Thomas, a retired Army First Sergeant with 24 years of active duty serving as an instructor. He was a health, physical fitness and conditioning instructor in the Military Science Department at the University of Michigan. He currently serves as the JROTC instructor at Springfield High School. He also captured a second place spot in the Glass City Sceptor? all-natural body building competition last May.

Showing up for work: Do courts see it as - Business Management Daily

    by Mindy Chapman, Esq.

Finally! A court has figured it out. When disabled employees take leave under the ADA, it?s not always an open-ended ticket to calling in absent. If regular attendance is an essential element of the job, then calling in absent is not a ?reasonable? accommodation ?

Case in Point: Monika, a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) nurse at an Oregon hospital, suffered from fibromyalgia, a condition that limits her sleep and causes chronic pain. Monika regularly exceeded the number of allowable unplanned absences.

Eventually, the hospital agreed to a highly flexible schedule that allowed her to call in and move her shift when having a bad medical day. Despite this, her attendance record did not improve, so she was discharged.

Monika sued under the ADA, saying the hospital failed to provide her with a ?reasonable accommodation,? as the ADA requires. While the hospital acknowledged that she qualified as ?disabled,? it defended itself by arguing that a free open-ended pass for absences was not a reasonable accommodation for jobs like hers in which physical attendance is an essential element of the job.

NICU nurses can?t do their jobs at home, the hospital argued. If Monika could not be present, she could not perform the essential elements of her job, either with or without an accommodation. Therefore, the hospital argued, she was not a ?qualified individual? protected by the ADA.

Ruling: The court focused its analysis on this key question: ?Just how essential is showing up for work on a predictable basis?? In the case of an NICU nurse, the court concluded, attendance is not only essential, but a matter of life or death. The hospital won. (Samper v. Providence St. Vincent Med. Ctr., 9th Cir., 4/11/12)

3 lessons learned ? without going to court

    1. Ask yourself, ?Is showing up essential?? There are many jobs in all industries in which physically coming to work on a predictable basis is essential. Otherwise, the job cannot be done.

    2. Include that fact in the job description. Making clear that physical attendance is an essential element of a job will help prevent ADA lawsuits. Review all job descriptions for attendance requirements.

    3. Make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations. The court said the hospital made ?Herculean efforts? to accommodate. But Monika asked that her accommodation exempt her from the job?s essential function of regular attendance. This made her an unqualified individual and, therefore, not protected by the ADA.

Cheap one-day travel insurance for Canadians traveling to the US?

Hi, I?m a Canadian living in california and I was wondering what are my options for cheap medical insurance for a one-day skiing trip to the US (because the prospect of falling while skiing and having to pay for expensive medical care afterward is scary!)

Up to now, the best deal I?ve found is ManuLife Financial?s CoverMe, which offers one-day coverage of up to $5M for two for around $6 premium total:
    www.coverme.com/products/travel-i?
    (is this a good deal?)

Usually what do people do for such day-trips to the US? And if something does happen, what?s the procedure to take for claims and such?

You can compare quotes from different companies for free at: Usa insurance quotes

That?s definitely a reasonable premium. As far as claims are concerned, you will receive all the necessary information once you sign up. It will provide a toll-free number to contact if you require medical care, and you (or someone else if you?re unable) will have to phone that number prior to any procedure.

Zaarly Expands Web Presence, Launches API To Help Publishers Monetize Content

Screen shot 2012-07-17 at 7.31.03 AMFor many, the appeal of realtime, local commerce platforms like Zaarly is evident almost immediately. For those unfamiliar, the mobile-centric reverse craigslist allows users to post requests to Zaarly's app -- for anything from data entry to a fancy Starbucks mocha frappuccino and how much you would be willing to pay for it. As appealing as the idea may be initially, I must admit that I was skeptical at first. What about trust? Wouldn't people just prefer using TaskRabbit and craigslist? How would it scale? In March, the team launched Zaarly 2.0, which went a long way towards addressing the trust issue, removing the anonymity component, allowing users to create profiles along with the opportunity to recommend and review both buyers and sellers. And today, the startup is answering that latter question with another piece in its evolution, launching its "Zaarly Anywhere" API to extend its marketplace to other sites to let users turn requests into reality without leaving the content they happen to be browsing. The goal is to help publishers monetize their content, and Everyday Health, The Fancy, LA Times, Cookstr and IKEA Hackers.

(AP Photo/Press-Register, G.M. Andrews)

slideshow DAPHNE, Ala. (AP) ? When the Rev. Jerry Taylor gives his sermon on Sunday at Bay Community Church's Malbis campus, he is two places at once.

On the high-tech stage of his 25,000-square-foot church in Daphne, bathed in colored lights, he preaches in person.

At the same time, his message is broadcast onto a screen in the 23,000-square-foot church of Bay Community's Mobile campus, on the site of a former wholesale store.

"I don't want church to be like church," says Taylor, taking a break from his busy schedule to reflect on the growth of Bay Community.

Using 21st century technology, contemporary worship styles, and traditional messages of faith, Bay Community exemplifies a relatively new church that has exploded in growth -- and reach -- in less than 20 years.

Ordained in the Church of God, Taylor worked part-time as a youth minister while he worked full-time as a builder, and with his wife, Jerri, raised their three children.

But he felt a need for a religious community different than one he had known as a boy.

"I grew up in a church like a swimming pool with only a deep end. We'd push you into the deep end and hope you could swim."

He decided his new church would be one where people could be in "the shallow or the deep end," at whatever depth they felt comfortable.

In 1998, Taylor planted Bay Community as a nondenominational church with a contemporary worship style intended to be "aggressive, edgy."

The church, which he says is charismatic and evangelical, began with 30 members in a warehouse in Daphne.

"I didn't have a clue as to what I was doing," he says, as he put his mind to the ministry full-time.

He also wanted all age groups to be active.

"I refuse to have a one-generation church," he says. "I want to reach people in their teens, twenties and thirties."

Bay Community, says Taylor, now 59, has evolved into a congregation of more than a few thousand, he figures, at its new locale opened in 2004.

As lead pastor today, with several clergy on his staff, Taylor emphasizes that each member, as he said in his first sermon, is a minister in his or her own right.

"I didn't want the church to be just pastor-driven," he says.

There is also, as with many faiths throughout the area, a commitment to service.

A summer program called "Servelos" recently had members, for example, come to "barefoot church," leaving their shoes behind for the needy.

    And technology is integral.

When Taylor gives his sermons, his message is available on smartphone apps, and his talking points are also shown on a screen.

The worship experience is enhanced by technology, says Nick Taylor, 31, who runs the digital controls of the equipment including the light console at the back of the sanctuary.

Nick Taylor, the pastor's son, is one of several techies who keep the Malbis and Mobile campuses coordinated during Sunday services.

There is a script detailed to the minute used at both locales.

The use of light, sound and music, helps "bring the arena into the church," says Kevin Lammons, Nick's colleague.

"But it has to be balanced," Pastor Taylor says of technology and traditional religious teaching.

Taylor was deeply influenced by his own father, the Rev. Wayne Taylor, a pastor in the Church of God.

"He had a bus ministry," he says of his dad, who went out and brought to church those too impoverished to own a vehicle.

Taylor admits to having made some good choices in his church plant, too.

When he bought the 16 acres near the intersection of Interstate 10 and Alabama 181, he recalls there was only a single gas station in sight.

Soon after, the Eastern Shore Centre started going up, and the area exploded with growth.

Taylor says that his congregation bought land at about $69,000 an acre. He figures the cost of acreage in the vicinity has now multiplied many times over.

When not at church ? "I'm a church-aholic," he admits ? Taylor loves to spend time with his family at a beach house, to play with his three grandchildren, to read and pray.

One of his favorite Bible verses, he says, is Psalm 91.

He repeats part of it aloud:

"Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High/will rest in the shadow of the Almighty./I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress,/my God, in whom I trust.'"
